Freshman Success Academy Open House
Parents and patrons of Geary County USD 475 attended the ribbon-cutting and open house for the Freshman Success Academy last week. Today, Freshman students fill the halls.

A new library-media center, administrative offices and student commons area are among the highlights of the renovations to the Karns Building which formerly served as Junction City's  junior-senior high, junior high and middle school from 1917-2008.  The building will open its doors to the freshman class of Junction City High School on Monday, August 16.

The schedule/process/plan for those shuttles are listed below.

  • That bus will leave the Career Campus at 9:15AM.
  • Bus will arrive at FSA and deliver students to the front doors located on 9th street.
  • We are expecting those students to be in their second hour by 9:21AM.  This may be adjusted…we will let you know.
